Fierce Magazine August '09: Review

The August issue of Fierce Magazine was released yesterday, and I have to say this is one of the best issues of a magazine I have seen in a really long time. As most know, Hunnigall is an amazing graphics artist, so the graphics were simply wonderful. But the articles, unlike many magazines, kept it short and sweet. And oh so interesting, also. The covergirl was Molly, also known as iamyourfat - a very good choice for a covergirl indeed.

All in all this was very refreshing compared to many other Stardoll magazines and I can't wait to see the next issue of Fierce.

Cupcake Purse?...Or Cupcake Purse?

Um...yeah, so now Stardoll is selling doubles of the Hot Buys cupcake purse. This time for the exact same price. Wow...'nough said.

Calling It Quits

It seems that there is some trouble admist yet another Stardoll relationship. This time between d-lister's xxdrivebylove and Bret.Guy. Or do they even make it to the d-list? Are they lower than that? I can never quite keep up with this stuff.

Anyway, sorces close to Lindsay say she has been avoiding Bret for a while now, but Bret just won't let Lindsey go. Even going far enough to leave a message in her guestbook basically stating they need to talk (Seen in the first image above).

And on Bret's presentation his relationship status is quote-unquote "complicated" (Seen in the second image above). Can these two work it out? Or will this be another dead end Stardoll relationship? God, I hope so. Stardoll dating is getting a little old.

PS: Did anyone even know they were dating? I sure as hell didn't untill a few weeks ago.

Rachel Ray Doll

Do I even need to state how fugly this doll is? That is like the scariest face I've seen on a Stardoll in months now. Stardoll's standerds are definitely slipping.

Where Art Thou, Alessandra?

Am I the only one who noticed Less has only posted in this blog, like, one time? And it's her blog, too. She hasn't been on Stardoll in a couple of days either.

I hope this wont be a regular happening. I already have enough resposibilities with my own blogs, I don't want to be the only one posting or taking care of this one aswell.

Less better get the hell on and do some freaking posting before I get peeved about being the only person posting on this blog. Especially since she hasn't yet hired any new writers.

Hot Buys Shirt Glitch

Upon going to the Starplaza like I do every time I log onto Stardoll I noticed this Hot Buys shirt for sale. And did something of a double take when I saw the same shirt for sale for two different prices. One for 8 stardollars, the other for 12. I, of course, bought the one for 8, not really seeing any point in wasting four more stardollars than needed. If anyone is planning on buying this Hot Buys shirt I would suggest doing it now before Stardoll fixes the glitch or whatever.

September Hot Buys: Review

Bisou Beret: I love studs on this beret. Don't know if I'll actually be able to pair it with any outfits I can think of, but as an individual item it's nice.

Fudge Heart-Print Scarf: Cute. Maybe a little too cute for my taste. I think it would work better for the Spring months, not the Autumn ones. Stardoll should have released this a few months ago.

Fudge "Miami" Top: Not my style. That's all I have to say, it's a simple as that.

Pretty In Pink Purse: It's okay. Again, don't know if I really have any outfits to go with this, but it's okay overall.

Evil Panda Dot Dress: I love this dress. It is my favorite item of this month's hot buys for sure. I can't wait to buy it when it's released.

Evil Panda T-Shirt: This is another one of the favorite items. It's simple, but sometimes I really like simple the best.

Candie's Fringe Bag: Don't really think I'll use this one much, but I can picture a few outfits it would go perfect with.

Bisou Dress: It seems very shapeless, like wearing a paper bag. I think it's one of those many items I'll have to see on my medoll first before I decide whether it's worth the stardollars or not.

Fudge Tights: This it totally me in a way. Very crazy and loud. I would even wear those in real life. I can already picture the perfect dress to wear those tights with.

RIO Coat: This is my second favorite item of this month's hot buys. I've always loved animal print, so this is right up my alley. Chic and simple, but a statement piece all at the same time.

Pretty In Pink Sandal: This is another one of those items I love. Not my favorite, but not bad either.

Arianna...Bringing the Good Stuff Back

So, yeah, I'm Arianna obviously. My Stardoll account is ariannacarle and I have no problem with letting people know I'm writing for this blog and will be dishing out some dirty gossip about my fellow Stardollians.

I prefer to be called Ari, and I still don't even know how in the world that nickname got started - one of my close Stardoll friends started calling me that and now basically everyone knows me as Ari.

I've known this blog was going to start for quite some time now and as soon as I heard about it I practically begged for a writing spot - and only because I j'adored the blog's name. Haha!

How did I know this blog was going to start? Because none other than one of my close Stardoll friends decided to start it. That's right, the owner of this blog is very close to me online. But, I'm of course, going to respect her wishes to remain secretive in what her Stardoll account name is. Maybe over time I'll convince her to tell everyone who she is on Stardoll, not likely, but I might be able to. Haha.

I think I'll mostly be writing about fashion while writing for this blog because, quite frankly, I'm not very good at getting gossip - I'm just good at reading and spreading it. But maybe if I find out some juicy gossip I'll decide to post about it.

I guess that's my very boring and annoying blog intro post thingy majig. I know people usually hate introductions about blog writers, but I was told by Less that I am required to write one.

Welcome, Pretties

Hello and welcome to Bitten & Bound, Stardoll's newest gossip, fashion, and everything else blog. Thisblog will mostly focus on gossip, but I wanted to make it about everything just in case gossip became slow again in the Stardoll world; like it has alot in the recent months.

And yes, I do have a Stardoll account. In fact, I've had this account for quite some time now. Due to the fact I'll be airing people's dirty laundry I do not wish to share this account with everyone reading this blog - let's face it, no one wants to have the virtual shit beat out of them when they start telling people's secrets to the world.

I am already on the search for people to write for this blog, and will have chosen the other writers soon, untill then you all are stuck with just me as a writer.

As you may have guessed from my banner and my Blogspot account my name is Alessandra Monroe, and no that is not my real last name of course.

I'd prefer if people call me 'Less. It's been my nickname in real life since I was young and I'm just used to everyone calling me Less.
